How to open Support Ticket
Always, remember to include following details in your Ticket for Technical Support.
A Control Panel Access (Recommended). e.g. cPanel, Plesk or any other control panel access or if you are in vps / cloud hosting you can give us root access.
Directory: [ The folder where our software has been installed ]
If you do not have control panel access, You can give us a ftp access, debugging with ftp is slower, so it is always recommended to provide control panel or server access.
An Admin access for CloudOnex
Give us an Admin access for your application. You can create new Admin User from Settings - > Staff
Mention support details
If you face any error, please include how to re produce the error.
Using Live Chat Button
If you are registered customer, you can login to your profile and use the Live chat Button from your Profile, you will be identified automatically.
Using Email Message
To open a support Ticket, simply send us an email- email@example.com
A Ticket will be created automatically.

Support for Localhost installation
Unfortunately, We do not support for localhost installation. You will have to install it in a Live domain and provide us server access to get support.
